Everyone kept telling me I was going on holiday to America and we had to fly on a big plane. We stayed at the airport the night before and from their hotel room Nanny and Clive showed me lots of the planes like the one we were going on. They were very big and noisy. I was very good on the plane (as you can see I kept eating) and made lots of new friends (adults are so easy to fool, they all think I'm cute!) I even had time to give mummy a rest and have a snooze.Once in America we did so much. I kept being taken to places with lots of old things where people wore funny clothes and houses only had 1 or 2 rooms with very little in them and no toys to play with.
Mummy bought me a new swimming costume before the holiday and so I showed everybody just how good I am at swim
ming all on my own. The pool was as warm as a bath and the first hotel we went to even had a big boat in it with a huge slide. I decided not to risk my life on that!

On our travels we saw lots of lovely scenery and made regular stops to have a look and take photos. There was water everywhere but I was only allowed to look at it. When we left Sturbride and drove to Williamstown, Mummy wanted to stop at the biggest Yankee Candle shop (it was huge and they had a fabulous Christmas section with snow).
Is everybody seated back there and have you got your seatbelts on as I'm ready to go?.jpg)
How cool a shopping trolley is this? Please ask Tescos to get me one.

Whilst at North Conway when we went out on our drives we saw lots of covered bridges. We found even more water but I still wasn't allowed in. At times we had tough walks across big rocks to reach the water. I spotted some tadpoles so Mummy and Nanny caught some for me to hold (well I tried to squash one).

Mummy was very brave one day and drove us up a mountain. The road was very steep and narrow in places with sheer drops to the side. Mummy and Nanny had told me about it so I decided it was best to sleep on the way up. Towards the of the mountain there was snow. It was very cold and windy so I put lots of layers on, I nearly got blow over..jpg)

Finally after looking at more water I was allowed in. I didn't tell anyone but it was absolutely freezing.
